My game won’t launch, freezes almost immediately

I’m not sure what’s wrong, I need help because I’ve tried everything I can think of. When I try to launch The Sims 4 it gets to the blue triangle screen before the Sims 4 logo even appears and freeze...

Please could you list, or post a screenshot showing, all of the files and folders that were created in the Sims 4 folder when the game created a new one?
