my sims won't save to my library
no matter what i do my sims won't save to my library. it says they are but when i go to see, they're not there. my sims have never actually saved there but now i need them to. ☹️

my games load normally n i have no filters on. i've even removed my mods and it didn't fix it. lots won't save either.
