@Tildaaaa1 Similar problem here. It will be helpful when there's a problem on starting the game on origin and tells me report of what went wrong. But, in my case, every time I try playing, it keeps crashing with no report. Only, leaving the last crash.file. Repairing doesn't work, and only it keeps restarting my Legacy edition to be downloaded back to square one. I think the main issue isn't in my Mac laptop, (but Origin). Weirdly enough, I can't even login specifically in EA TheSims4 gallery website when I am clearly logged in to my account.
