Not able to to download Sims 4. Internet error.

Hi! Two days ago I downloaded TS4 on my mac. I had no problems with downloading Origin nor TS4. Then i got a message that my storage was full and i bought an extended hard drive to put my game on it....

You're going to have to be more specific please. If it's an Origin issue you should post in the Origin forum https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/bd-p/origin-technical-issues-en

If it's Mac related, i.e. you need help understanding how the game is installed in macOS then please provide a descriptive post on the exact issue you're having, what troubleshooting you have already tried, and screenshots of any errors you've encountered.
