"Origin is not currently running" Issue [SOLVED]

I'm getting this issue specifically on my Mac whenever i try to run The Sims 4 through Origin (or even through my deck). I can't open it, it's been doing this for a while. Does this have to do ...

    .... um, this is embarassing, but you know the one thing I didn't think to do? Restart my Mac...
    And I did. And now it works. So, yeah, i'm sorry, haha.
