Origin Not Letting Me Download Vampire Pack

Hi, I recently bought a 2019 MacBook Pro and reinstalled Origin so I could play Sims 4. Origin downloaded the Sims 4, the Legacy Edition, the Celebration pack and the funny hats pack correctly on my new Mac. The problem is, it did not download the Vampire pack.

When I start the Sims 4 and hover over the vampire pack, it says I need to download it. However, when I go back to Origin, it does not give me the option to download it. It just says View in Library, which I then click and it takes me to all my other Sims purchases that I listed above, but vampires isn't there. The only other option it gives me is to buy the vampire pack as a gift or to watch the trailer. Also, I've tried updating the game and repairing it, but nothing is working.

tdlr; the Vampire pack won't download no matter what I try. Can anyone help?
