Question mark floors, Sims not visible, Can't create new game after update

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? High school Years, Snowy Escape, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, City Living, get together, go to Work, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Bowling Night, Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Missing sims & tiles. It happens when I start the game. Also, New Game does not work - there is only blue background
What happens when the bug occurs? Playing Sims Family - no one is visible, you can only see the diamond, the floors are missing - they are replaced by question mark tiles. Also, New Game does not work - there is only blue background.
What do you expect to see? Sims should be visible, floors should be normal and I shpuld be able to create a new game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I have a serious problem with my game. Since I installed the latest update, all of my sims are missing form the game. Also, there are no floors visible - they are replaced by question mark tiles. I tried deleting all my mods, restarting the game, literally everything, but nothing worked. Does anyone know what to do?
