Re: [WORKAROUND] game/Mac freezes on Apple silicon Macs

I just exchanged my intel MacBook for the née M1 chip. It can oreinstalled with Big Sur while my last MacBook was on a different softeware. When I go to the sims and click on CAS and if I click on the sim to rotate them around or click on their face the game freezes. I can still hear and click but the image freezes and the only way to get out is to restart the computer. When I hold down the power button he computer flashes a pink screen then shuts down

I have exactly the same issue. Very disappointed, as my laptop is brand new.

    Hi!

We emailed vertical sync in the game settings, and now it seems to work. It doesn't crash on my M1 MacBook Pro

I have exactly the same issue, very annoying. After a few minutes of playing, the game freezes and I have to force restart my MacBook Air M1.

  • I have the new MacBook Air M1 and my game keeps freezing after 5 minutes of playing. I have to restart my MacBook to make it work again. Very annoying, and I don’t know how to fix it!
