@PBmonster86Sounds like your game folder may have been moved to iCloud. In your computer's settings, disable automatic syncing to iCloud and see if that works.
If not, drag your Sims 4 folder out of iCloud to your desktop, go into your EA folder and delete your Sims 4 folder, then put the folder you previously put on your desktop and put it in, making sure it's titled 'The Sims 4'. Then launch the game, and hopefully everything will be present.
