The Sims 4 does not have cloud save, do if you get a new computer you need to move your files manually! 🙂
Start your dell, and go here:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
Copy these objects onto a usbdrive/external hard drive/cloud drive etc.
- Saves-folder
- Tray-folder
- Screenshot-folder
- Custom music-folder (if you have put any files in there)
- Mods-folder (if you have put any files in there)
You can also move the Options.ini ti keep your options, but as you're changing your computer I think you're better off fixing your game options manually! 🙂
Then you put the usb in your Mac, and copy the files from your usb drive to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
Start your game again and everything should be there
