@Bluebellflora Tried a repair and delete and re-install. Still no joy. Maybe I'll have to ask computer shop for help.

Yeah, it's very strange because the game is recognising your GPU as confirmed in the Config.log. Could you post a screenshot of the error so I can see exactly when it pops up?
If the computer shop fixes it, it would be great to know what the issue was 🙂 You could try a NVRAM reset https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204063
