☹️ Does enabling Vertical Sync do anything?
Another thing to try is to disable iCloud Drive in System Preferences. This has helped with crashing issues on the 16" MBP but not sure if it would help with these graphical problems, anything is worth trying that has worked for others though in my book.
Does it happen if you move your Sims 4 folder to the desktop and play with a new one? Try a new clean game and build on the same lot to see if you can emulate it. - @Bluebellflora I just try to disable iCloud Drive in System Preferences and move The Sims 4 folder to the desktop. and open Vertical Sync and It's seem ok now! Thank you for your help.
If I have any problem after that I will tell you in this post.
thanks again - @blueberryga
Great! If you figure out which one specifically helped please let us know, always good for others looking for troubleshooting advice 🙂 I try to enable iCloud Drive to test the game and disable V-sync and game can run normally (about V-sync I think "enable" is better, and graphic should run into medium or higher but it can't compare to enable Retina display)
Then I enable Retina display again, it's not work at all (I try so many time). the display zoom out and I can't control anything until it reverts to previous setting (This is real full display I see)
I think move the game file is the solution of this problem.
But, I think next patch will solve the problem for Retina display (I need a better graphic) and resolution that more fit to my display.
