Re: Game crashing or not loading especially after updating? Post here.

I just downloaded today's update, and when I go to launch the game the intro loads, but it freezes right before it wants to go to the loading screen, which leads to the main menu. I play on mac, I don't have any mods or cc installed, and i've closed out the game and relaunched it a few times, but it keeps freezing at the same spot each time. I have all the expansion packs except for Enchanted by Nature. This never happens, my game always runs relatively smoothly, it never freezes up like this in the beginning. Im kinda bummed out by this because i've been itching to play all day. Thanks for reading.
