Re: Game crashing or not loading especially after updating? Post here.

When I launch the game from EA, the green plumbob pops up on the bottom docking area, then disappears, and the screen returns to the EA window. I have lost all previous saves from over 4 years trying to fix this.  I am so frustrated and ready to hang this up all together.
