Thanks. There are two issues:

Your Electronic Arts folder is on the Desktop. It has to be directly in your Documents folder for the game to see it and load data.

Scratch folders are created when the game crashes and doesn't quit properly. For some reason you have put all your saves into the "Scratch 2" folder as the game would never store them there. Move all the saves, the files starting "Slot_" from the Scratch 2 folder and place them directly in the saves folder.

You then need to move the Electronic Arts folder from the Desktop to the Documents folder. If there is already an Electronic Arts folder in the Documents folder, because the game recreates one every time it launches if there is not already one there, rename it.
