Your purchased games are tied to your Origin account so simply download and install Origin, log in using the same account details you purchased the game and packs through and you will see them in your Origin games library.
You will need to copy across your Sims 4 folder to carry on playing your saves etc. This is located on your current Mac in Documents > Electronic Arts. When you have installed the game on your new Mac launch it to the main screen then quit. The Electronic Arts > Sims 4 folder will have been created in your Documents folder. Within the newly created Sims 4 folder replace the Saves, Screenshots, Tray and Mods(if you use them) folders with the ones from your old Mac.
Just a word of warning, the new MacBooks are extremely underpowered and not designed for any sort of gaming. It will quickly heat up when trying to play the game as it doesn't have a fan. Keep your settings low and don't play for long. Make sure it is elevated too.
