It should be in Plumbing > Tubs in the buy catalog

If it isn't there please repair your game and then check. There was only one patch and it included the tub.

It's not in that section either. How do I repair my game?

I selected repair game and it processed, but still no hot tub! I know this is so small but I want this hot tub!

It's also come to my attention that I cannot access the gallery.

I do have the Legacy Edition so that would be the reason then. Thank you.

Does that mean I have to buy a new version of The Sims 4? And if so, will I still get the hot tub? Lol

I didn’t receive the hot tub either and am also running Legacy edition. I did a live chat with EA last night, repaired the game and still didn’t have the hot tub. I asked if running Legacy would make a difference, that I had been running it for a while now, and the person I spoke to never made it seem like running Legacy edition would make a difference in getting the hot tub. My game still updates too when new ones are available and it did update with the latest one for the hot tub.
