@begumm222 Click command-option-escape, and a window will come up where you can choose which application(s) to force quit.
If you have more Sims 4 issues going forward, let me know, and I'll move your post to the Sims/Mac section. In that case, it would be helpful to know the specs of your Mac, as well as which packs you have installed. Here's how to find your specs:
