Yes, I did do the repair the game, it stayed the same.

    Your MBP is right at the bottom of the minimum requirements to run the game so it's most probably struggling if you've added additional packs to your game and/or CC/Mods. Try lowering your graphics settings to low, enabling laptop mode and making sure nothing else is running on your Mac.

    You're also running an outdated version of El Capitan, update it to 10.11.6.
