@ValeriaFerrari EA has said repeatedly that no new packs, including Discover University, will be available in the Legacy Edition, now or ever. EA could change its mind, of course, but there's no indication of that happening. So if you have to run the LE, there's unfortunately no way for you to play University.
If you only just bought it, you could try requesting a refund. You'd need to go through customer support, since the usual refund policy doesn't cover Sims 4 packs. But a support rep might be able to give you a refund anyway.
