Re: Unable to start: The Sims 4 is already running - Mac only

I’ve recently had trouble with my game. “The sims 4 is already running” has showed up multiple times even though i can’t even get into my game. I went into my sims 4 folder and there was a bunch of Scratch Folders? What are they? Can i get rid of them?
