I have the SIMS 4 on my Mac. Last night, the app updated and deleted all of my progress in Sims. This is not the first time this has happened to me. When I tried to recover the files, there was no record of my game progress. I am wondering if anyone knows who I can contact/ knows of a different way to restore my progress. Any help that can be offered would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this. :)
See the opening post in this thread I have moved your post to and check iCloud. Come back if you still can't find your saves and we'll troubleshoot further.
