Residential Rentals and Small Business Venues

Hello,

I was just playing  my game and everything was going fine.  No crashing, no LEs, I was saving and playing as normal.  Then I had my sim purchase a Small Business Venue, and it all went down hill from there.  First, the game wouldn't save normally anymore.  When I went to Save as I always do periodically, the "Game failed to Save.  Error Code 0" text box popped up.  I had to do the Save As function in order to get it to save.  So I continue playing with my sim in his new Small Business Venue, and all of a sudden my game crashes.  Mind you this is after about 4 hours of playing and it never crashed, everything was going just fine.  My sim currently lives in a residential rental, and there is currently a bug where Retail business funds can't be transferred to the household funds.  Do residential rentals also cause issues for Small Business Venues?  I do use Mods and CC, but I can't imagine those are the cause if this issue only started happening when I bought a gym as a Small Business Venue.  Are there any known workarounds?  It would be unbelievable if the residential rentals are causing this many issues with game play and are not being addressed by EA.
