Screen freezing after 2025 updates

Since the first update this year, I've noticed that my game freezes a lot, and I've never had such problems before. I do use CC, but I don't play with any other mods. It happens when I try to rotate the camera (which i usually can get out of by moving in a different direction), but also when exiting build mode and during loading screens. In the last two, the screen is stuck but I can fast forward time, and even exit the game like normal (pressing the tree dots) but the options menu never actually shows up, I have to guess where to press based on when the arrow shows I can click. This happens multiple times every time I play.
