Shadowy Box Glitch Sims 4

Hi! After the most recent update to the game, my sims (humans and pets) have weird shadowy boxes underneath them which follow them everywhere they go when they are inside a building. The glitch goes...

No it won’t affect other shadows but it does also clear up other shadow glitches in the game like object shadows not displaying correctly. A good example is the decorated Christmas tree, it has a boxy outline around some of the decorations. Have a look and then disable the SSAO to compare 🙂

Hi! I got rid of my problem a while back but today i edited my graphics and it came back. I then had a long chat with EA on how to fix it (i repaired my game, removed all cc, got a new game, moved my saves) and it’s still slightly there if i zoom in an out). Can you please help me fix it. btw all of my SSAO are enabled false so idk why it won’t work
