Sims 4 freezing when traveling - I’ve tried everything!!

I just bought 3 new add ons (dream home decorator, wedding, and pop pastel) and have been trying to play, but every time I try to travel the game freezes on the loading screen.

I’ve cleared the cache, repaired the game and add ons, and checked that I have enough storage to accommodate the game. I’ve loaded in different save files, have been using the load option instead of resume, and I don’t play with any custom content or mods. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, especially since I just spent even more money on this game.
