Game is stuck on (not responding) and will take up to 20 minutes to load

This has been happening for about a month now so im sick and tired of it.

Every time i go to open my game it leaves the EA app and stays hidden, when i try to force quit the game i see it says that the game is "not responding 😒"

I play with mods and have tried to remove them but i am still having the same issue and have been since one base game update PLEASE help

im having the same problem except the game itself loads up but the game isn't functional enough for me to play. the same glitch every time I go on and it started happening after the update. so annoying now just wasn't to play the game
