Game is stuck on (not responding) and will take up to 20 minutes to load

This has been happening for about a month now so im sick and tired of it. 

Every time i go to open my game it leaves the EA app and stays hidden, when i try to force quit the game i see it says that the game is "not responding 😒" 

I play with mods and have tried to remove them but i am still having the same issue and have been since one base game update PLEASE help
