Sims 4 Keeps Crashing

I don't have any mods. After the recent update, I try to go to bar locations and I'm trying to get the Sims 25 Birthday Rewards (attempt to meet other Sims as third quest) but my game crashes (stuck at the loading page or stuck at the bar and cannot move).

I have to either force quit or force shut down my computer. 

My Sims has never crashed on me before. What should I do?
