Sims 4 on EA APP for Mac wont open/isn't responding!

I have been trying to open the Sims 4 on my 2019 MacBook Pro for days now with no luck. Every time I attempt to load the game it shows a black screen with a blank white pop-up screen accompanied with the spinning wheel of death (non responding mouse). I have been trying to log in to be able to play as well as receive my log-in rewards, but due to this issue I cannot. Before switching to the EA App i had absolutely no issues but now, all i have are issues. I have tried many different fixes i have seen on this forum, though none have worked. Every troubleshooting instructions i have seen and performed have not worked and i am starting to get very frustrated as i have spend hundreds of dollars on this game.

Attempted Fixes:

- Repairing game.

- Restarting EA app.

- Did App recovery for EA app.

- Deleted and reinstalled EA app.

- Cleared all cache.

- Deleted all mods.

- Attempted playing online.

- Re-downloaded Sims 4
