Sims 4 screen turns black when main menu is supposed to show up
My sims 4 screen turns completely black right before the main menu should pop up. It does load and the initial loading seems to be normal. Also, the mouse and the music are normal but screen is black. I have tried everything (uninstalling, removing mods, removing cache, reinstalling origin, etc). I also moved my entire folder to the desktop and tried to reboot sims but same issue persisted.
Please see below for the instructions I followed step by step but did not work.
