Sims glitching

I’ve had an issue with my sims glitching randomly when I try to play. It mainly occurs when I travel or build. I’ve attached a video of what the glitch looks like. I tried removing all my cc and mods, but the glitch still showed up. Then I deleted my localthumbcache and this helped for a week or two, but now it’s back again and deleting that cache file doesn’t help anymore. Repairing the game also doesn’t help. I run the sims on a MacOS Catalina, version 10.15.7. I also attached a photo of further information about my Mac. 

I hope someone can help, thanks a lot in advance!! I miss playing normally.
