Sims4 won't start since forced change to EA App from Origin
I have the game via Steam and Sims 4 worked fine offline(I don't have interney at home anymore) when it required Origin, but the last time I was able to go online it forced me to switch from Origin to EA App and the game hasn't been able to start since regardless of whether I try launching from Steam, EA App, or the .exe file itself.

There is no Steam version of the game for Mac and macOS cannot open .exe files. If you are on a Windows machine post in the PC forum https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4
