Textures br5oken and game not working

Hello, I play The Sims 4 on Mac, and I've been playing for a couple of years. After the last few updates my game completely broke, I had to restart my mods folder and my tray folder many times. Recently, I've been trying to get back into the Sims, but my textures are broken. First, my san myshuno randomly breaks where I can't click on any of the apartments, and it seems some of the apartments shifted slightly on the map. Also, when I'm in the gameplay, I click the phone and it simply won't open. I also try to give my Sims a career, but when the career panel pops up, I can't see any careers, nor can I click on anything. Not only but the moment my sims load into the game everything is fine at first but after 2 seconds their skin will turn red and white boxes with a question mark and most of the cc on them will turn red or appear broken, but when im in cas the cc is perfectly fine and ive seen many other ceators use the same cc in recent times and their sims are perfectly fine. I had tried repairing my game, I have taken my mods folder out, I have taken my tray folder out and even deleted all the cache files, yet I still deal with these same issues. The Sims on Mac is already a struggle because of the graphics, but now the textures? If you have any solution that might work, please comment or dm me because I'd love to get back into playing.
