The Sims 4 & 3 Problems with keyboard

Hello, I have a problem with my keyboard only in The Sims games. The page up/page down/end/home controls my camera instead change floors or walls, I've tried everything reinstall The sims (3, 4) and all packs, reinstall origin, remove cache files, restart my computer and many others tips from others forums like use arrows keys+shift or hit other buttons but nothing works. 

Btw I'm a Mac user and my keyboard is Magic Keyboard.

    @Bluebellflora I tried another one yesterday and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately that keyboard is dedicated to Windows devices so it's not compatible with apple's shortcuts. So until I find a solution I have to switch between keyboards :/ it's not what I've been looking for here.

    So the issue is your keyboard or OS settings for your keyboard. You can make changes to the keyboard in System Preferences.

    This is what I mean and when I'm hitting buttons like Page Up/Home etc. Those buttons controls camera not walls or floors, I updated my Mac and TS, Origin everything is updated and I reconnected keyboard few times, back to factory settings on keyboard even the default settings for shortcuts.
