the sims 4

Hi

I've been playing sims for a while and haven't been able to use cheats. I know cheats on every computer is control shift c. But some how my computor is programed to take a screenshot when i press c only on sims and when i try and place c with other keyboard buttons it recognises c and again screenshots.

anyone able to help please.
