Trash the localthumbcache.package file in your Sims 4 folder. If that doesn't work move your whole Mods folder to the desktop, trash that file again and see if it loads.

See it works when there isn't a Mods folder in the Electronic Arts folder. I've even looked up that corrupted file and there isn't anything there.

So the CC is to blame. You need to check with the creator. Maybe it is conflicting with other CC?- 6 years ago
Right now I am adding batches of cc to a new Mods folder and deleting whatever errors are popping up.

HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!
I deleted the corrupted CC, moved the localthumbcache to desktop, restarted game and got the same message- that the corrupted file is still there, but it's not! I'm lost. Did you end up finding a way to fix it?
