simmiesmen Your user files, including saves, need to be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. The EA Games folder is for your games' installed files, as in, what the EA App installs. So please move your saves to the Sims 4 folder in Documents and see whether they load. If not, please post a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the save file names.
