Weird Shadows on Sims

Hi!

Just having a problem with my game where Sims have weird irregular shadows over their bodies, this only occurs when outside, and they look perfectly normal whilst inside. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, removing all mods and cc, and repairing the game but I've had no luck so far. I play on a 2015 Macbook Pro, through bootcamp on windows, I've also tried playing natively on OS X and have still had the shadow issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

    @Josephhx

    Those aren't the full specs. please just provide them as asked for in the link. I know it can seem irrelevant but it's actually very important. Especially when compared with the settings you have your game on 🙂

    @Bluebellflora

    Sorry for the slow reply, I've been without wifi the last few days (painful is an understatement😞) anyway, I've found a fix for now, minimising the game and then re-opening it seems to fix the issue, but I have to do it each time I start the game. Hopefully this is fixed in a future patch, is there anyway to let the Guru's know about this issue? Thanks for all the help.

    @Josephhx This could possibly be a bug, but it could also be an issue with your computer 🙂

    I believe that is the reason @Bluebellflora has asked for your system info so we could rule out your machine. Could you please post your system info? You can gather this info by following the steps in the following @Bluebellflora post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162

    Thank you!
