Why are some of my delta files missing?

I was looking through the files of the game and I noticed some EP's are missing delta folders (in  the 'The Sims 4 Packs' folder). How do I fix this? I tried repairing through origin but that didn't change anything.

I'm on Mac Legacy Edition. I'm on High Sierra.
