0 & 9 keys no longer work after the update

Ever since updating my game the 0 and 9 keys to lower & raise no longer work, I've tried using ctrl while pressing each key but that doesn't work either.  I could really do with a solution as I'm an active builder and use those keys religiously for most things. 

FYI: I've removed my mods & cc and the issue still persists. This never happened before the update on the 6th.
