Lolita_Nocturna Please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
On another EA forum, someone posted Sims 4 quit working and can't load game after update. Me and one other person said me too. Why isn't everyone posting about this messed up update?
Probably because it's not messed up for everyone, just a small-ish subset of players. If you personally would like help, please describe your issue in more detail, and provide a dxdiag as well.
