All of my DLCs disappeared. Help!
Long story short, I've been playing The Sims since 2016 and since then I've purchased many expansion packs, stuff, etc. When we got this new update for the Sims, recently all my packs disappeared as if i never bought them. This is very concerning to me considering I have spent about $1,000 on this game, beside just buying the base game.
Now I've tried everything like; app recovery, deleting EA and then redownloading, deleting anything to do with The Sims, and then finally factory resetting my entire computer & hard drive. Once my pc was back up, I redownload EA and then the Sims. Once the Sims is finalizing it says my computer has to restart for the changes the Sims is making. Computer Restarts & I still don't have my packs. Any help or a point in the right direction to talk to somebody would be amazing.
