Arrow keys nor WASD work

Expansions: Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats &amp; Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Eco Lifestyle, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living Game packs: Spa Day, Vampires, Realm of Magic, My Wedding Stories, Werewolves Stuff packs: Laundry Day, Tiny Living, Holiday Celebration Pack, Desert Luxe Kit Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no way of knowing. The problem might be system related considering I did not have an issue with my previous PC, but the moment I put the Sims 4 on my new PC, the problem started. Could be patch related too, since I don't know what patch I had on my previous PC.What happens when the bug occurs? Arrow keys don't work, neither do the WASD keys. I can't move my screen view except with screen roll or holding mouse roll down and moving the mice. What do you expect to see? My screen view moving around when I push an arrow or WASD control button.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? YesPlease describe the patch or change you made. I don't remember if I had a different patch so I can't help with that. But I did build a new PC and the problem occurred after installing the Sims 4 to the new computer.‌I have tried:- Removing all the saves and mods- Restarting the Sims 4- Changing keyboard languages and removing first all but Finnish, and secondly all but US- Changing the Sims 4 language from English to Finnish- Repairing the Game through EA app- Installing the game again- Installing the game on disc D

@Milana0&nbsp; Please test the game in fullscreen or windowed mode, whichever one you're not using right now, and let me know if that helps.&nbsp; Please also disable any apps you use that include overlays: Steam, Discord, etc.&nbsp; Disable the EA App in-game overlay as well; the option is under Settings &gt; Application.

The one service you need to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App uses.&nbsp; Disable the rest as described.

When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes shutting down anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be active.&nbsp; If you accidentally kill the wrong process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

@puzzlezaddict Thank you for the suggestions. I tested them out. Unfortunately, did not help. I also installed the new game version 1.96.397.1020. No change.

@puzzlezaddict I tried this too. No effect what so ever. ☹️ So frustrating. I build the new computer to get better quality and speed on my Sims gaming, but now it is all in vain...

@Milana0&nbsp; Do you have a different keyboard you could test with, at least temporarily?&nbsp; It would be useful to know whether the issue is your keyboard, or at least its settings, rather than your computer.
