Black loading screen for a year, nothing has worked to fix it

Hi all, I am really at my breaking point with this issue. I have never been super into tech, especially computers and I think this is a PC issue (Windows 11) at this point so I really need some help....

I HAD THIS ISSUE!, when I first got my new PC this was happening to me how I fixed it was that on my computer screen on the sims game logo, I would right click and I pressed Run as administrator and it worked!, I would give it a try
