Black screen after loading screen.

The game acts like it's going to open normally but then it is just a completely black screen. I have tried repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleted the localthumbfilescache, synced my one drive, renamed the Sims 4 document folder to sims 4 old. Oh and I cleared my mods folder I did that first. Nothing has made any difference the game is completely broken and I'm so frustrated I could cry.

Bridria mariposabee Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

This is happening to me too! I also cleared my mods, tried repairing the game, and moved the Sims 4 document to force the creation of a new one.
