Bought an expansion pack but it won't appear in game

Hi i've bought an expansion pack business and hobbies but wont appear in game, it say l have in add on in the library  but everything is locked unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated, thank you...

Hi,

I've bought it through g2a, keys worked but doesn't pop up through in game.

Thanks, it sounds like you may have purchased a code for the preorder content instead of the DLC. For any issues like this with a third-party retailer, you'd need to contact the retailer directly for a refund or replacement code.
