Build mode keeps breaking my game?

Not sure what’s causing this. I play with quite a few mods and cc, everything was working fine and I closed the game and downloaded some more cc and a new mod. Opened the game and went to build mode and tried to close a “den” if you will, that was built by someone on the gallery in the back porch area around pool. Everytime I do this, the game crashes but doesn’t close, I just can’t sell anything or interact with anything and time is frozen. But it’s like only when I try to close the den or something? I’m confused, so I took out the cc and mod I just installed because everything was working fine prior, and it’s still doing it. Driving me crazy.. any ideas?

    soo_fetch25​  Does this happen with only this build, with multiple builds, or with all of them including a fresh one?  Some Gallery builds are broken, even many that were fine when they were first uploaded, so it's important to see whether this happens with a new build or one in the game by default.
