If you check the order history on your EA account, are you seeing the transaction there showing as completed?
I was having the same issue as the OP, and I checked my EA account, and the bundle appears under my purchase history. But I just realized what the actual problem is...
I already have the two kits in this bundle (I know, I know - I assumed it was new and I can't really keep track when there are 119 add-ons). But the EA app let me buy this bundle anyway, hence, why nothing is downloading and the bundle doesn't appear in my add-ons.
So now this issue is, how to do I get my money back for the bundle?
