Cannot drag / pull items after the recent update
Hey guys, my game is having big trouble after the latest (or probably last month) update.
Firstly, I can't interact with any items in the game.
Even I'm putting the cursor on my sim, his name is not showing.
I tried to click on him, no options are showing too.
When I'm trying to drag or "pull" anything, the view immediately change to the edge of the neighborhood I'm playing.
When I come back to him again, all furniture in his house has disappeared,
Everything needs to load again (see the computer has appeared).
Anyone knows what is the problem? I have deleted all the cache file, resource.cfg and repaired the game, but the same is happening again and again...
Moreover, there are 2 Ravenwoods in my game, one is normal, another is not having any lots nor households. This duplicated world is still here after repairing the game. Is this duplicated world causing cursor / camera problems?

jennyarca Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start another new save and see how it runs.
Even if that doesn't fix all the issues, let me know whether anything at all changed. Please also provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
