jadynos​  When you say you've moved your game files elsewhere, does that mean moving or renaming the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts?  If not, please try this now, and don't add anything to the new Sims 4 folder the game creates.  Please also make sure your old files don't reappear in that location, as they could if you're using OneDrive or another syncing service.

If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
